While it is not as exciting as getting engaged (yes, I just had to plug that again), today is my birthday! Feel free to send me presents if you so desire. ;)
This birthday is going to end up being weird. Tonight, Ben and I are doing a small something, and then we are going to finish cleaning my apartment for the arrival of my parents (who are helping my sister move). Then I think the fam will do some dinner and maybe some cake at my place. My mom is maybe making red velvet cake, which is delightful.
Then on Saturday, Ben and I are going to make breakfast because my sisters and I didn't get to make it home for Mother's Day. We're going to attempt to make omelets, mostly because I have many things to make yummy omelets with right now (like tomatoes), so I should be able to get by with buying eggs and cheese (and maybe a pepper or some onion) (which no one but me will want anyway).
And then they will all leave, which will be a relief, and we will go to Narnia. And then they will come back after taking my sister to New Hampshire and stay over night. And then I think I'm celebrating with my friends on the first weekend in June. So, this is a very extended birthday, but that's all right. :)
For those of you who are wondering (and for those of you who are not), no, I still can't stop looking at the ring.

Narnia is COOL - but doesn't really follow the book - but I loved it as it still got the whole book across.
